The Riverside (ex SHPS) DB Scheme
The Riverside (ex SHPS) DB Scheme is a defined benefit (DB) pension scheme. It is closed to accrual. This scheme applies to former members of the Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS) who had accrued DB benefits whilst employed by any of the following employers:
- The Riverside Group Ltd
- English Churches Housing Group
- Riverside Housing Association Limited
- Riverside North East Limited

SHPS DC: a defined contribution scheme run by TPT Retirement Solutions. Some Riverside employees contributed to SHPS DC until 30 September 2019.
