An Expression of wish form ensures that, in the event of your death, the Trustee is aware of your wishes regarding any applicable lump sums payable.

The Trustee would like to remind you to update your Expression of Wish details to ensure they are up to date. A copy of the Expression of Wish form will have been posted to your address.
